Read first

Arkevex, Inc. is a small firm. How small, what it holds, and what it does not hold are all published on this site — before you have to ask for them.

01 / The committee

Eight people read this site. Pick the one that is you.

A water district and a Fortune 500 seat almost identical roles around the table. The sectors change the vocabulary; they do not change who is scoring you. Select a seat and this page tells you exactly where your answer lives.

What we hold, what is in progress, what we do not hold

Most vendor sites list only the first column. The security reviewer is usually the first veto on a committee, so the other two columns are the ones that save everybody a phone call.

ItemStatusDetail
Legal entityHeldArkevex, Inc., a corporation incorporated in Montana. Certificate of good standing furnished on request.
Federal EINHeldIssued. Provided on a signed W-9 rather than published on a web page.
Physical place of businessHeld23316 MT Hwy 35, Bigfork, MT 59911. Flathead County. One office, no branch offices.
SAM.gov registration / UEIIn progressNot active yet. Registration proceeds on the EIN; allow three to four weeks for a newly issued EIN. We will not bid federal work before it is active.
State vendor registrationsIn progressOpened per jurisdiction as pursuits require. Registration and good standing are conditions of award, not of submission — we say which ones are live when we bid.
General liability & professional liabilityIn progressLimits and carrier: to be confirmed before any certificate is offered.
SOC 2 Type IINot heldNo audit has been commenced. We will not describe ourselves as SOC 2 aligned, ready, or equivalent — those phrases mean nothing on a scoresheet.
StateRAMP / FedRAMPNot heldNot pursued. The delivery model deploys into your tenancy, so in most scopes there is no Arkevex-hosted service to authorize. If your scope needs an authorized hosted service, we are the wrong firm and will say so.
CMMC / DFARSNot heldDefense and classified work is outside our scope. No CAGE code, no facility clearance.
HUBZoneNot heldChecked against the SBA map on 09.09.2026: the principal office does not qualify. Closed, not pending.
8(a) / SDVOSB / WOSB / state DBENot heldNone held. If a scorable certification carries material points in your evaluation, we are likely not your best-value bid and would rather you knew now.

The objection, answered plainly

A firm this size raises one real question: can it carry the contract? The honest answer is that it depends on the contract, and we would rather lose a bid than be the vendor who found that out after award.

So: we tell you the headcount before you ask, we scope to what that headcount can actually deliver, and where a scope exceeds it we say so in writing and propose a teaming arrangement instead of quietly hoping. Every claim on this site has a document behind it, available within one business day.

03 / What is deliberately missing

No logos. No case studies. No outcome statistics.

Arkevex holds no sector past performance under its own name. A persona a firm cannot substantiate reads as a shell company, which scores worse than no persona at all — so the usual proof furniture is absent on purpose, and this is the note that says so.

Three omissions, stated

Client logos
None publishedWe do not publish a client name or logo without written permission, and we hold none for this site.
Case studies
None publishedAsk on the first call whether a reference exists in your sector. You will get a plain yes or no.
Outcome statistics
None publishedThere is not one unverifiable number anywhere on this site. The dashboard figures are labelled invented, twice.

And one thing we do not print

The EIN number
Issued, not publishedAn EIN is not a secret, but printing it on a web page adds fraud surface for no buyer benefit. Every form that needs it asks for it directly, and we furnish it on a signed W-9.
Two seats answer no
Seat 2 and seat 7Program owner (“have you solved my exact problem before”) and small business (“do you carry a scorable certification”). Both answers are published rather than omitted.

Ready when you are

Bring the hardest thing on your list

The first call is scoping, not a pitch. Bring the process everyone complains about, or the integration two vendors have already failed at. You will leave the call with something running, or with a straight answer about why it cannot be.
